ProsthetiCare has been serving patients since 1992, when it was founded by Tim Goldberg following a rock-climbing accident that resulted in the loss of his right leg above the knee. His personal experience helped shape ProsthetiCare’s commitment to compassionate, practical, and highly personalized prosthetic and orthotic care.

Our team provides prosthetic and orthotic care designed to support each patient’s comfort, mobility, recovery, and daily function. Clinicians evaluate each patient’s needs, recommend the appropriate device, oversee custom fabrication when needed, provide precise fitting, and help patients learn how to use and adjust to their device.

Care does not end at delivery. ProsthetiCare provides ongoing follow-up care to help patients maintain the best possible fit, function, and benefit from their device over time.

Our on-site lab allows our clinical and technical teams to work closely together, helping ensure custom devices are fabricated accurately and delivered as efficiently as possible.

For patients, caregivers, physicians, and allied health professionals, our team is available to answer questions, support care coordination, and help patients access the care they need. For emergency cases, referring providers may also access 24-hour telephone consultation with a ProsthetiCare practitioner for urgent prosthetic or orthotic guidance. Transportation to our facilities can often be arranged for patients in nursing homes or those who are homebound.

Initial consultations and follow-up visits are complimentary. We also assist patients with insurance claim submissions and accept a wide range of insurance carriers.
