Laura Husfeld, CPO/LPO
Laura is an ABC Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist. She completed her Prosthetic Residency at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, TX and her Orthotic Residency at the University of New Mexico Health Science Center/Carrie Tingley Hospital in Albuquerque, NM.
Laura has over 8 years of experience in the field, working with patients of all ages and diagnoses. Her work ethic is phenomenal, working many overtime hours to get patients what they need in the time frame they were promised.
Laura’s skills as a Practitioner are exemplary. She is a thoughtful and sensitive medical professional, who makes each of her patients feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the care they are receiving. She is very innovative, creative, and willing to try new ideas to make the patient’s prosthetic and/or orthotic device as beneficial as possible.
Mitch Presley, LO
Certified Licensed Orthotist
Mitch is married with children. He began is Orthotist career while serving in the United States Air Force and has over 40 years of Orthotic experience.
Matt Lowery, LPO
Matt is an ABC Certifed and Texas Licensed Prosthetist.
In 1993 he orginally entered the prosthetic field as a volunteer but then moved into full time in the prosthetic lab at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas. There he learned to fabricate all manner of upper and lower extremity prosthetics as well as unique special activity devices. During that time he earned his prosthetic technicians certification through the ABC. The rewarding contact he had with the patients urged his desire to become a prosthetist. While working there he completed his studies at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas; where he earned a BS in Rehabilitation. He then attended the prosthetic program at Northwestern University’s School of Medicine in Chicago, IL. On graduation he returned to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital where he completed his prosthetic residency.
Matt is married and has 2 children.
Neil Jones is an ABC certified Prosthetist. He is also working towards becoming a certified Orthotist. He received his Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University prior to going to California State University Dominguez Hills to pursue his Masters of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
Neil became interested in O&P while in High School. His fascination with the technical and mechanical aspects of the job being applied in a medical environment provided a setting in which he enjoys working every day. Neil enjoys all aspects of his career as he strives to provide the best care to each individual on a daily basis.
In her role as Office Manager, Dorinda has oversight of Prostheticare, LLP in Fort Worth serving multiple hospitals and patients in the DFW area. She is energetic, dedicated and passionate about providing a great experience for clients as well as strong leadership for the administrative staff. She has worked in the Durable Medical Equipment/Orthotic field for eight years. Dorinda graduated from the University of Alabama and currently resides in Richland Hills with her husband George and two poodles, Nora and Penny.
